How to Improve Your Figure Drawing Course -- Update

-- How to Improve Your Figure Drawing Course Update --

Quick update on my Figure Drawing course on Udemy!

If you have taken the course ( or possibly thinking about it ) you might be happy to know that I added 3 NEW lectures to the course. Adding another full hour of video content. These new lessons are on drawing and shading muscular arms. These are a little more geared for comic artists but I still feel it can be a great exercise for most art styles.

I will also be adding a few more lectures on drawing female arm poses since I had a student mention it would help to make the course more well rounded. I am always happy to get feedback to make these products better for everyone.

Like all my other content you get the art files to work along with. If you have any questions about the course content I am always here to help!

Here is the link with the discounted price to the course and good luck with your art!

Get the course here -

Bonus Lectures will cover these illustrations from start to finish.

My next course is on the way and it is How to Improve Your Figure Drawing 2 - Characters in Action! It will be pack full of great content so hope to have you back for that one as well.
Thank you and I am here if you have any questions about the course!

Drawing Superhero Women - Various Poses - Comic Style

Here are some more poses to study.  This is one of my favorite things to practice.  I always learn from drawing various body poses from either other artists or from life and giving it my own spin.  I think this is one of the fastest ways to grow your knowledge and perspective as an artist.  It helps to draw a variety of these so that you don't just jump right to the same static poses you have drawn over and over again.  Plus, the female body is so tough to get right in my opinion.  Very easy to get proportions wrong and make things look overly robotic.  As you can see with these poses I still have a ways to go but we all do.  I think no matter where you are in your figure drawing, you can still improve.  And if you don't see that in your work, then the game is over.

So I hope you enjoy these poses and I will share more along the way as I create them.  Good luck with your own studies and enjoy your journey! ;)

My Course on How to Improve Your Figure Drawing - Step by Step in now Live on Gumroad

My latest course is on Figure Drawing for Comics.  I show you how I break down each part of the body to study and redraw it from the mind.  I use very simple shapes to start the process and then refine the drawings to my desired style.  This is a basic understanding that most artist should be able to follow along with.  There will be more advanced studies later but like all things we must start at the beginning.  This course is 3.5 hours long and has 12 lessons ranging from roughly 10 to 20 minutes in length.  Each lesson is accompanied by an art file so that you can look over the work and follow along.  This should help unlock some of the mystery behind drawing the human figure with confidence.

If you decide to purchase this course and you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.  I do my best to help anyone that supports my work.  You can comment in the promo video of this course in the Youtube link below.  Also let me know what you think of the course in general.  If there is something you would like to see in a future episode then please share that information with me.  I am all ears!

Thanks for stopping by and good luck with the course and with your artistic endeavors!
