How to Draw and Shade Muscular Arm Poses - Comic Book Style - Step by Step

New lesson is now available on my Gumroad on  -

How to Draw and Shade Muscular Arm Poses - Comic Book Style - Step by Step
Link to these Lessons - https://gum.co/cBquj

In this set of videos I go through each of these arm poses with you.  I explain how to rough
out the basic pose, refine the anatomy, add the shapes of shadows and then we complete the
rendering.  I have been asked for these types of lessons many times now so I figured I better give them a go.  This particular set is 3 videos.  One for each arm pose.  The three videos combined are just over an hour long.  Most of it is in actual time but there are a few brief moments where I time lapse for basic fills or repeat instruction.  All of it is in full narration of the process.

This is going to be part of a larger course so there will be more lessons along the way.  This is your chance to get in on the ground floor and see the lessons as they are created.  You can also make suggestions about what you would like to see in the future lessons of this course.  I will be creating in depth studies of hands, legs, faces, feet, hair, suit/armor, and how to render different materials and effects.

This course will be a bit more advanced so if you still feel you are a beginner then please head over to my course on -

How to Improve Your Figure Drawing - Step by Step
Link to the Course - https://gum.co/dPDEp

In that course you will learn more about the basic construction that leads into these rendering techniques.

And remember that you get the high resolution art files with each lesson to study along with.
These lessons are not software specific and can be used by digital and traditional artists alike.

If you have any questions about these lessons then please feel free to reach out to me and I will be happy to help.  My information is below.  Thank you for your time and good luck with your art!

Live Stream Today at 5PM EST....

Todays live stream will be focused on cross hatching and texturing when drawing various elements.  I will also be taking requests as I draw so it could very well change to something else but I like going into these things with a base idea.  This is Live Stream 003 and already having lots of fun with it.  It is a very unique experience to have the immediate connection with my subscribers.  Not sure what will come of it but so far it has given me lots of ideas for new topics to cover.  I will try to do these every Wednesday at 5PM EST when I can.  No promises of course but I will do my best to keep it going unless something important comes up.

It takes time to produce these so keep in mind that I have a Patreon and a Gumroad page to help me stay at the grind stone.  I also take requests on my Youtube channel so if you have a certain topic you would like covered then please comment on one of the videos or the discussion tab on my page and I will do what I can to address it.

Thanks for stopping by and hope to see you at the Live Stream!

Comic Book Inking Brushes for Photoshop CC by RAM

So here are my revolutionary comic book inking brushes for Photoshop CC.  These brushes are lots of fun and should save you huge amounts of time.  The Crackle effect alone is extremely useful.  Not to mention all the cool effects that can be made with the different cross hatching brushes in here.  And I am pretty sure the hair brush will be a big hit as well.  Keep in mind you need a tablet that supports pressure sensitivity and rotation to take full advantage of these brushes.  And also remember that these brushes will not make or break you as an artist.  You will still have to dedicate time to master them but as I said before, used correctly they can save you lots of time.  So if you check them out please let me know what you think and what you might like to see in the future and I will do my best to make it happen.

This set is available on my Gumroad for $5 but also grab my FREE set while you are there and try those out as well.  You can watch a demonstration video on my Youtube channel to see these puppies in action!  Hope to hear from you soon and thanks for your support! ;)

These brushes were designed in and for Photoshop CC 2015.  This is an ABR File.  It should
work with all the CS Versions as well.
